Fasting Detox Cleansing At Least Once Annually Can Revolutionize Your Health

Going through a detox body cleansing process at least once annually is, by far one of the best gifts that you can give yourself.

If your diet is less than perfect (as it the case with most of us), then it is highly probably that your , and bloodstream are polluted by toxins that are diminishing your quality of life.

Do you feel tired all the time, even when you sleep a full eight hours?

Is it getting harder and harder to concentrate on any one task? Is it getting more difficult to do what you used to do with ease? Are you frequently in a bad mood? Do you find yourself becoming angrier than usual?

Have you been feeling strange itching throughout your body? Are you constipated? Have you been stricken with diarrhea? Do you have restless legs and/or arms? Do you sometimes get nauseous for no reason and feel like you might vomit?

Are you retaining water? Are you depressed? Have you gone to numerous psychiatrists and been put on numerous medications but nothing seems to help? Are you anemic? Do you have diabetes? High blood pressure? ? Ulcers? Hepatitis? Cancer?

Well, if you answered yes to any of these, then it is possible that you may be suffering from chronic toxicity, which could potentially help to alleviate and perhaps even cure the sickness. Now please… understand me. I am NOT saying that you should stop medical treatment and jump on the detox bandwagon. No. That is not what I am saying at all.

What I AM saying, is that – even if you are already being treated for an illness, there are still things that you can do FOR YOURSELF to help your body heal. Fasting detox cleansing and traditional medicine do not have to be mutually exclusive, in my humble opinion.

Ok, Robert… what the heck is chronic toxicity? Well, here is my layman’s definition based on what I have seen in myself and others: Chronic toxicity is when the and are worn down over time by poor eating, stress and lack of exercise.

Overall body functions begin to deteriorate, so toxins which would normally have been excreted by the digestive system, liver, kidneys, lymphatic system and bloodstream begin to accumulate and cause further strain.

In other words, the body becomes so polluted that it starts to become overwhelmed and its ability to process the toxins becomes compromised.

You ever seen one of these automatic cat litter cleaning boxes? I have three cats. I don’t have one of these gadgets yet, but I will probably buy one some day. At any rate, as long as the cleanser is plugged in, it will do its rounds every half our – or however it is programmed. But if the cleaner is disconnected, what would happen? That’s right, the cleaning of cat poop would stop.

The problem is that just because the automatic cat poop cleaner stopped, does not mean that my cats will stop pooping. So, in a few days, (unless I clean it manually), there will be a pretty big mountain of poop in the box. Well, that is exactly what happens with our bodies.

A lot of the junk that we eat actually stays inside our bodies in the form of toxins. Many of these ‘toxins‘ make their home in the digestive system via stubborn and hardened fecal matter that the body could not discharge.

This waste adheres itself to the walls of the colon and becomes a recycling center for toxins and sickness. You ever heard the saying “Disease Begins In The Colon?” Well, I believe that it is 100% true.

If your body is constantly cycling and recycling toxins over and over and over… how good do you think you are going to feel? And this can happen even if one eats a clean diet.

As human beings, we are all exposed to toxins… in food, in the air we breath, water we drink, food we eat… in the environment. There is no way to fully escape toxins unless you live in a bubble.

In my opinion, fasting detox cleansing is for everyone.

If people were taught as children how to eat and how to detox and take care of their bodies, I believe that there would be a human health revolution. Sickness would dramatically drop.

So where do you stand in all of this? How has your diet been in the past years?

How have you been feeling? Are you finding your levels of energy doing down? Nobody is perfect. Fasting detox cleansing is not about perfection. I am far from perfect; I just am always pushing myself to get better and better.

That is all that is required – an HONEST desire to overcome and get better.

    I just wanted to let you know, about the master cleanse, your body is starving itself! yeah your drinking juice or what ever. But if you are eating less calories then your body needs to function minimum for me is 1200, then your body does go into starvation mode, aka you are slowing your metabolism, so when you get off this cleanse, it will take a lot a lot a lot of motivation to get that metabolism back up. you will have to introduce calories super slowly which will be hard. good luck

    Great you know now that milk is a no no for you! (you probably guessed it already). I do not drink milk, but eat cheese now and then. I do have a trouble-ling stomach en tummy. Maybe meat is doing that. I know I should not drink fresh orange juice or eat oranges. They give me break outs big time, but I like them sooooooooo much…:-( Good luck with the rest of your detox diet.

Eating disorders are a mental illness, and there is NOTHING luxurious about what these girls experience.     Amusing, VERY amusing! And what in the world are detox diets? [I'm too lazy to google. :P ]

    A detox diet is a more well-known phrase for a detoxification diet which is supposed to help you cleanse yourself so that there is this natural glow about your skin (and hair) or so I have been told.
    Of course there are health benefits with this, especially for someone like me who does what she likes and lives in a polluted city like ours.
