    @Susanne – Thanks for your comments and I'm so glad to hear that you've been inspired to start a detox diet too!

    I certainly wouldn't advise you to follow this diet on your trip to Orlando. The diet is quite restrictive, and it can be difficult to stick to it if dining out. I think it's best to wait until you return from your trip.

    After the 28 days, I'll be following a Maintenance Diet, where I can re-introduce a selection of foods such as lean meat, white & oily fish, skimmed or semi-skimmed milk, low fat cheeses & yoghurts and wholemeal bread.

    I will be blogging more about the maintenance diet later.

    I think, she feeling insecure because she said “I am an aged woman”, “I don´t have a young body”, “Myintention to remary is to fill my forloness”. Being afraid of the forloness does not mean she loves him. She only need attention your infinty high livid, sexual activity for this proposit, collect mans and marriages. because your passion is this and not the real relation.
    It she wanted to be loving, she will need to loving herself first. My impression is that she chosen her husbands by chance or without distintion. Because she said “her eyes set on 50 years old man looking to marry again for the 23 times and her husband stay and drug rehabilitation program.
    In her life long romantic, she need to “think and thank” all her blessing and lessons receved.

    This is an excellent point and I feel many “at home” investors don't take into account these costs because of the amount of hours someone spends on a daily basis. For example, on a typical week when I usually spend 8 hours per week researching my stock picks and the market overall, I might spend 1 hour on Monday (and that's spread throughout the day), 2 hours on Tuesday, 2 hours on Wednesday, 2 hours on Thursday and 1 hour on Friday. For a typical investor, that's not that much time over the whole week. But this is the same investor that spends $2.50 on a cup of coffee on a daily basis and doesn't see the costs of that gnawing into his daily expense.

Maybe this is the kick in the teeth they need to lower health care costs.

    The focus of balance is so personal for me right now. Having experienced dizzy spells for the past 10 days, balance has been an issue. However, that's just the physical aspect of it. There is also mental, emotional and spiritual balance required. Do my thoughts and emotions create an imbalance in my life? Sometimes. When I am physically imbalanced, does that effect my emotions and thoughts? Yep. It's all entertwined. And I'm grateful to you for having brought this to focus today for me.

    The fact that they write hypo-hidrosis instead of hyperhidrosis worries me. It seems to me that if you remove the sweat glands, your body will compensate by sweating in other parts of your body. I’ve heard stories of people who’ve gotten similar procedures that now sweat all over their body even worse.

    why? Why MUST musicians make money off distribution? They didn't before music could be recorded, why should they now. People seem to think it's a law of the universe that musicians should be able to record a few songs, sit back and watch the cash roll in. “oh, but musicians can't sell music any more because of downloading”. Well, too bad. The technological innovation of records allowed musicians to distribute their music on a physical medium and charge money for it.
